Rewardzar makes your rent go further by giving you access to great coupons, discounts, rewards and cashback on your favorite brands and products. We put more money in your pocket for doing what you're already doing: paying rent. 
You do not need to pay to use Rewardzar. 

Cashback Related

These are a few things that you can do to ensure that your cashback tracks back to your account:

1. Make sure you are logged into your Rewardzar account prior to making any purchases.

2. Check the  cashback rates for the store to ensure the category you are shopping for is offering cashback.

3. Make sure you are not using an AdBlocker as it can interfere with Rewardzar tracking your purchase.

4. When you click an offer or store, Rewardzar will open a window linking you to that store, be sure to complete your purchase in that window to ensure it can be tracked. 

5. Start your shopping experience with an empty cart. If the cart is not empty it can be difficult to track what items you are to receive cash back on. To avoid this clear the contents of your cart and visit the store again via Rewardzar to ensure we can track the cashback to your account. Do not use any price comparison or discount widgets while shopping, this interferes with our ability to track your purchases for cashback. For merchant specific conditions please view the 'Useful Tips' section on the merchant page.

The pending tracked cashback amounts are calculated by Rewardzar but may change upon receiving final confirmation from the store. This is due to the fact that when a transaction is tracked, most stores do not provide all the necessary information to accurately calculate the cashback amount. Without access to details such as the exact purchase amount, product category, user status (new or existing), and other relevant information from the store, we are unable to determine the exact cashback until we receive confirmation from the vendor. Upon confirmation, the final cashback amount may be adjusted either higher or lower, based on the aforementioned factors. If you believe that your cashback transaction has been confirmed for an incorrect amount, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
No, there are stores and offers on which there is no cashback applicable. These will not carry the additional Cashback label. However, you can still use the Coupon Codes and deals on these stores to get a discount during the checkout.
"Pending Cashback/Rewards" represents forthcoming cashback funds. Once we have successfully tracked your transactions, we credit the corresponding cashback to your account under the designation of "Pending Cashback." Since your transaction is currently pending merchant confirmation and remains contingent on factors such as non-return or cancellation in accordance with the applicable terms, we must classify this sum as "Pending" and, consequently, restrict withdrawal.

Within a span of four to six weeks, this sum is anticipated to transition from "Pending" to "Confirmed" status, contingent upon merchant validation of the transaction. This validation process will coincide with the merchant's approval of the purchase.
"Confirmed Cashback/Rewards" constitutes tangible funds available to be withdrawn. This denotes cashback accrued from purchases that the store has verified as valid. After you have met the minimum payout requirements you are able to withdraw these funds directly into your bank account. We do not charge any fees to withdraw funds. 
In the event of your cashback being revoked by the retailer, the corresponding cashback amount pertaining to that transaction will be deducted from your pending balance. This alteration will be reflected in the transaction's status, which will be updated to "canceled" within your cashback activity page. It is important to acknowledge that the store exclusively retains the authority to determine the transaction's validity.

Should you hold the belief that the cashback has been incorrectly revoked, you can submit a claim through your Rewardzar account.

Rewardzar will contact the merchant to apply for a reinstatement of your cashback. However, it is ultimately decided by the retailer to assess the validity of the transaction. 

Refer & Earn

To view the details for your referrals, please login to your Rewardzar account and visit the 'Refer and Earn' section under your profile. There are multiple ways to invite your friends via referral:

1. Share your Referral code with friends and ask them to enter it during signup

2. Invite via social channels available on the Rewardzar Referral page

3. Invite via email options on the Referral page

Share & Earn

We've made it easy for you to earn income online by sharing your favorite products with your friends. In your Rewardzar account you can create a shareable link to the purchase and when your friend or family member transacts, you will earn additional cashback. 

Tracking issues

If your cashback has not been recorded, consider the following steps to address the issue:

1. Allow a minimum of 48 hours to elapse after your purchase. Occasionally, it may take up to 48 hours for stores to register the transaction. Please note that this timeframe extends to 7 days in the case of Amazon.

2. Ensure that you finalized the purchase within the same browsing session immediately after clicking out from Rewardzar.

3. Refrain from utilizing any additional widgets or comparison websites subsequent to being redirected from Rewardzar.

To initiate a Missing Cashback Claim for a transaction that has not been tracked, click here. It's important to be aware that merchants entertain claims exclusively for instances where cashback has not been tracked until the 7th day of the subsequent month from the date of the purchase. For example, if a purchase was made on November 24th, you can file a Not Tracked claim up until December 7th. Similarly, if a purchase was conducted on November 4th, the claim can be filed until December 7th.

It can take up to 3 days for a retailer to track a transaction.
Rewardzar tracks every time you click out from our app to any of our partner retailers. If you do not see a retailer in the exit click dropdown then you have not visited the retailer via our app or the cashback claim is not allowed by the merchant. 

Cashback payment

Cashback earned from Rewardzar does not expire (Note: Minimum withdrawal limit applies). 
To withdraw your balance, log in to your Rewardzar account and visit the Transfer section of your profile. Select the method of withdrawal and then select the account where you wish to transfer your Available Balance. Enter the amount and hit Submit. Bank transfers can take between 5-7 business days.  Note: Cashback earned from some merchants (Rewards) cannot be withdrawn to a bank account and is listed separately as rewards. Minimum withdrawal limits apply.
